Kia Corp has officially unveiled its all-new electric hatchback Kia EV6 with an estimated range of 310miles on a single charge, Kia plans to launch its first electric vehicle in India by June 2022 at a starting price of $40,900 going up to $55,900(ex-showroom).
Kia EV6 has two battery packs in the international market with 58kwh that will generate the estimated output of 170PS and 350Nm of torque while 77.4KWh battery Units produced 225PS and 350Nm(Torque) of the performance range.
What is Kia Plan for 2022?
Kia has aim to launch 11 new electric cars by 2026, with EV6 to be launched first then they expand its production all over the world after EV6 they will roll out their remaining 10 electric variants in the upcoming years 2026.

Kia EV6 has 0-60MPH(Miles per hour) in 4.6sec which is faster than the Porsche Cayenne coupe in terms of MPH.

Kia also offers Lithium-ion polygon batteries (lithium-poly batteries are suitable with high and robust power usages) with 111.2Ah of capacity at 522.7v that will generate expected output of 195KW.
EV6 support both AC standard charging and DC Fast charging, It required around 51 hours and 5 minutes to get fully charged (100%) at 120W Socket / In the cable control box whereas DC fast charging only required 18min to get 80% charged at 50kw EVSE.
Kia also adds a battery floating system in the EV6 variant the control cold weather that makes vehicle performance up to date without affecting the battery.
