453 km range, Tata Nexon EV Facelift Model 2023 , true competitor of Kia EV6 | 2023 Tata Nexon EV

The updated Tata Nexon EV is going to be revealed soon, and here’s what we know about it:

New Name: Tata has given its electric cars a new name, and the Nexon EV will now be called “Nexon.ev.”

Exterior Changes: The car will have a new look with changes to its front grille, LED daytime running lights, headlamps, bumper, alloy wheels, tail lamps, and bumper at the back. It will look different from the previous version but similar to the updated Nexon.

Interior Makeover: Inside, the cabin will get a fresh look with a new interior color, updated seat covers, and a new 2-spoke steering wheel. There will also be unique design elements to distinguish it from the non-electric Nexon.

New Features: Expect new features like a touch-enabled air conditioning control panel, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, co-driver’s seat height adjustment, and a 9-speaker sound system. These additions will make the car feel more premium. Some of these features will be available in all versions, and the top-end “Max Dark” edition will have a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

Safety: The car is likely to come with six airbags as standard. It may also have a 360-degree camera, blind spot monitoring, and front parking sensors for added safety.

Updated Power: The current Nexon EV Prime has a 30.2kWh battery with a range of up to 312 kilometers. The Max variant comes with a larger 40.5kWh battery, offering up to 453 kilometers of range. While there are no specifics on powertrain updates, we can expect improvements in range and possibly faster charging capabilities.
