BYD Seal in Europe

The forthcoming event will serve as the platform for BYD to unveil the Seal model for the European market, with sales anticipated to kick off in the fall. The upscale sedan will be offered in two configurations. The first version will feature a 71.8 kWh BYD Blade Battery, providing a range of 420 km (WLTP), and will be presented in the Comfort trim. The second option will come with an 87 kWh battery, delivering a range of 500 km (WLTP), and will be available in the Design trim. Additionally, the Seal U SUV is expected to hit the European market for sale in the autumn season.

These new additions will join BYD’s existing lineup of vehicles already accessible for purchase in Europe, including the BYD Atto 3, Dolphin, and Tang.

At the IAA Mobility show, BYD will also spotlight its premium Denza brand for European audiences. Attendees will have the opportunity to get a close look at models such as the Denza D9 and potentially others like the N7, as illustrated below. Denza serves as BYD’s sophisticated sub-brand, with Daimler AG holding a 10% stake in it.
