Hertz Corporation, an American car rental company announced a plan to buy up to 65,000 electric vehicles companies from Swedish automaker company Polestar and its sub-brand of Volvo, a Chinese parently brand Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co.

Hertz and Polestar, the Swedish premium electric performance car maker, today announced a new global partnership that includes purchasing up to 65,000 electric vehicles (EVs) over five years. Availability is expected to begin in Spring 2022 in Europe and late 2022 in North America and Australia.”

Today,4 April, Hertz’s Ceo announced plans to purchase 65,000 electric vehicles over five years.

This announcement is a similar move by Hertz to buy 100,000 Tesla Electric cars, in the last year 2021 and the brand also made an agreement with uber to its drivers access to the Tesa Vehicles, also 50,000 Tesla vehicles will be offered to uber drivers.

Hertz car rental company is growing day by day all over the world, first Hertz purchase Polestar 2 but Hertz also has the plan to purchase other Polestar EVs in the upcoming years.
