Omega Seiki Mobility(OSM) partners iM3NY to bring US battery Cell Tech. India, Invest Rs. 800 Crore for set up components facility plant announced today, also signed partners with Korean EV player, Jae Sung later.
OSM also said that we are India’s first integrated electric OEM, we build our own battery pack, metal assemblies, and powertrain, and provide mobility, Sol.
OSM, a part of the Anglian Omega Group partnership with iM3NY, a leading battery technology player in the United State, is under agreement with OSM to bring US battery cell technology to India Bazar from the subcontinent.
Later, OSM signed to partner with Jae Sung, a Korean EV powertrain player for building localized EV powertrains, and for OSM electric vehicles, the powertrain company has built 6 variants from 7.5KW to 34KW range.
In India OSM already set up 4 green field plants for EVs in Delhi-NCR and Pune, but instead of this OSM will establish 2 new manufacturing facilities for building components and has lined up an invest Rs. 800 crores for the same.
