Tesla has started an in-car wi-fi hotspot connectivity with internet providers in order to provide alternative internet connections to vehicles. This feature is in the testing phase, to be tested on some Tesla vehicles and it will available soon on every Tesla vehicle.
As per the auto-Tech website report, connectivity has been the flagship feature of Tesla’s offering in the auto industry, It enables several fun and useful features for customers and has also been used by Tesla vehicles to improve features, mainly Autopilot.
In 2018, Tesla Started requiring a new paid “premium connectivity” package for monthly free to access some of the more data-heavy connectivity features since then, this is the choice of Tesla owners to decide to pay $10 per month for the Premium connectivity service or not.
