The Extended Service Agreement (ESA) takes effect after the expiration of the Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty, which is either after 4 years or when the vehicle reaches 80,000 kilometers.
The ESA extends coverage for an additional 2 years or up to 40,000 kilometers.
It is essential to note that the ESA does not cover basic maintenance items such as brake pad replacement and general wear and tear.
